Diabetes Diet and Regular Exercise to Keep The Balance of Blood Sugar Level

Having diabetes mellitus doesn’t necessarily mean the end of your good life. Take a look on the other bright side, maybe it’s time for you to conduct a healthier way of life through the regular exercise and balance nutrition and food combination.



The very thing that you need to do to keep the balance of your blood sugar level is choosing your daily menu wisely, or you can arrange it into a list of your weekly diabetes diet. You can consult to your doctor upon the types and amounts of food that you should take, adding or moderating the portion, and the nutrition combination to be served with other menu. Vegetables and fruits are the type of food and sources of nutrition, vitamins, and fibers that should at best become the largest portion of your daily menu. However, there are some fruits that you better moderating its intake on your diabetes diet menu, such as pineapple, rambutan, and durian, due to high sugar level it contain.

Conducting the diabetes diet and controlling the way you input nutrition needs to be combined with the regular exercise. This can be held every day for 30 to 45 minutes. It doesn’t have to be hard exercise on the gym. Simple exercise such as jogging, speed walking, or stretching is enough. You can also do the exercise by lifting fair size dumbbell. However, don’t forget to consult on your doctor upon the exercise that is best taken due to your health condition.
